a. How is greatness defined according to the world’s standard?
b. What challenges will the church experience if only a few people serve?
c. Explain the role between church leadership (pastors, elders, teachers) and the congregation (see Eph. 4:11-13).

b. How did Jesus reveal His servant's heart while on earth? What are the implications for you personally?
c. List a couple of barriers that may prevent you from serving in the body?
d. What steps do you need to take to remove some of these barriers?
