REFLECTION QUESTIONS
1. Any New Year's Resolutions / Goals for 2022? Do you see any value or significance in making them?
2. What about seeking goals/visions from the Lord for you and your family? What might be Jesus' goals be for you this year?
3. When you look back last year would you say your character and relationship grew closer to Jesus and His church body or further away? Why? Who did you become last year and who are you BECOMING as you enter into this New Year?
4. This message highlighted three areas (at minimal) Jesus saved you to BECOME:
1) MORE LIKE JESUS (John 13:13-17, 14:15; Rom. 8:29; 2 Cor. 3:18; Eph. 5:1-2; 1 John 2:6, 3:2)
2) MORE YOUR TRUE-SELF DISCOVERED IN CHRIST (Rom. 6:4; Eph. 4:22-24; Gal. 2:20)
3) GREATER POWER OF CHRIST'S LIGHT IN HIS CHURCH BODY (Matt. 4:16; John 8:12, 14:12; 1 John 3:8)
5. To obtain these areas of growth Scriptures tell us we need to MAKE EVERY EFFORT (Rom. 14:19; Eph. 4:3; Heb. 4:11, 12:14; 2 Peter 1:5-11, 3:14). What goals/efforts (with God's help) will you make this year to grow closer to Jesus and His church body?
