THE PAST: Dead in Sin
Spiritual Separation from God
-ways of the world, Satan, lusts of the flesh

THE INTERVENTION: God’s Love & Grace
Salvation as a Gift not by Works
–from death in sin to life in Christ

THE PRESENT: Made Alive in Christ
Raised & United with Christ
–new position with approved access with the Kingdom of God

THE PURPOSE: God’s Workmanship
Salvation Produces Good Kingdom Work
–evidence of one’s faith-walk with Jesus

b. Define sin and transgression.
c. Where has God positioned believers in their new life in Christ?

Reflecting in My Heart
a. What stood out to you from today’s message?
b. Reflect deeply upon the Key Verse(s). Invite the Holy Spirit to use these verses to speak specifically to you.
c. In what ways have you seen your life changing because of your relationship with Jesus?
d. Why did God position you in the heavenly realms in Christ? What are the implications for you living in this world?

a. God has gifted you for Kingdom advancing purposes. Spend time in prayer asking God how you are to serve the body of Christ (church) and our community.
b. Write down a few faith-acts goals that will help you grow closer with Jesus this year. Pray for God’s guidance in these areas throughout the year.
