REFLECTING UPON THE WORD WRITTEN (Scriptures)
1. PRAY FERVENTLY: Pray for the Holy Spirit to open your heart to receive God's Word.
2. READ SLOWLY: (Is. 59:2; Rom. 5:12; Eph. 2:12); (John 1:1, 14; John 14:6; Romans 5:8); (Col. 1:27; Gal. 2:20); (Phil. 4:2-5; Eph. 5:1)
3. REFLECT DEEPLY: Did any verses specifically stand out to you? Consider writing them down and any implication/application God may be pressing upon you.
REFLECTING UPON THE WORD SPOKEN (Sermon)
1. What are the different views in who Jesus is? What is your view?
2. Why is it important to have a good understanding in who Jesus is?
3. What makes Jesus qualified to be our Savior (e.g. forgive sins, provide eternal life, accepts our worship, etc.)?
4. Where does the Spirit of the indwelling Christ desire to lead you? Take time in prayer asking the Lord how you may serve Him.
"SACRED-MOMENT"
Do you ever question God's love for you? Remember, God GAVE His life for you at the cross in order to be with you for all eternity! Spend time giving God thanks for His great love and faithfulness over you.
The Lord's hope, peace, joy, and love be over you and within you!
