1. PRAY: Pray for the Holy Spirit to open your heart to receive God's Word.
2. READ: Matthew 17:14-21 (Mark 9: 14-32);Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 10:17, 12:3; Hebrews 11; John 15:7-11; 1 John 3:21-22
3. REFLECT: Did any verses specifically stand out to you? Consider writing them down and any implication/application God may be pressing upon you.

REFLECTING UPON THE MESSAGE
1. How did this message speak specifically to you?
2. Have you ever been disappointed at God for not answering your prayers as you would have expected?
3. What might be the temptations based on question #2?
4. In your own words, how would you define faith?
5. Why does faith and obedience go hand in hand?
6. What are we learn about the disciple's unable to deliver a young boy from an evil spirit? Why couldn't they do this unlike the other times?
7. How is having small faith like a mustard seed also powerful faith?
8. LISTENING PRAYER: "Heavenly Father, would you make known to me, through the Holy Spirit, any area in my heart where I carry doubt and/or unbelief in who You are. Help me grow in my faith to trust you completely so I may also follow your ways obediently. In Jesus' Name. Amen."
