3. Who made it possible for the Macedonian church to be richly generous out of their poverty?

6. What are the benefits in being a generous giver?

Reflecting in My Heart
1. Do you remember the difference between being thankful vs. grateful?
2. What was it like when you experienced someone’s generosity? What happened? How did you feel? How did you respond in return?
3. Were there times you generously and sacrificially gave beyond what you expected? What happened? How did you feel? How did you see God respond?
4. Do you eagerly and joyfully look for ways to give of your time, finances, and resources for God’s Kingdom purposes? What makes this difficult to do?

Responding in My Faith
1. What ideas come to mind when you think about giving God your best in time, finances, and resources?
2. What are the needs you see around you? Is God inviting you to help meet the need with gifts He’s provided you?
3. Spend time in prayer seeking wisdom/direction in how to be wise (good stewards) with all resources while also being a joyful & sacrificial giver for His Kingdom purposes.
