GOING DEEPER-GROWING STRONGER
Renewing My Mind
1. Why is it important to know the commands of Christ?
2. What do we reveal back to Jesus when we obediently follow His commands?
3. Does repentance primarily mean to change one’s behavior?

Reflecting in My Heart
1. Is Jesus calling upon you to change your understanding towards Him for salvation & eternal life?

Will you say this prayer?

“Dear Heavenly Father, I know I am a sinner and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe your Son Jesus Christ died for my sins and rose from the grave. I now trust and will follow Jesus as my Lord and Savior. Please guide my life and help me do your will by the means of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.”

**If you said this prayer, please let Pastor Trevor or Pastor Krista know so we may encourage your new life journey with Jesus! Feel free to email Pastor Trevor at pastorbac@gmail.com or Pastor Krista at childrenbac@gmail.com **

2. As a Christian, is there a known sin(s) you are struggling with (e.g., immorality, lust, bitterness, greed, etc.)?

Will you say this prayer?

“Dear Heavenly Father, I confess my sin(s) of ________________________. I renounce these sins and receive your relational forgiveness. Please continue to cleanse me in Christ and empower my life towards Christ-likeness through the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit. Thank you for your forgiveness and the peace I have in my mind as I move forward. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Responding in My Faith
What are some next steps which will allow more of Jesus to be Lord in your life? In prayer, invite the Holy Spirit to reveal areas that need to be surrendered over into Jesus’ grace, love, and forgiveness. Pray for wisdom in your next steps, courage, and strength as you invite Jesus to be Lord in all areas of your life.

God bless,
Pastor Trevor
